CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Discover are all accepted. Click the orange "Donate" button to process your gift.
GIFTS OF STOCK Gifts of appreciated stock can be a very tax-efficient way to donate to Imagine Foundation. When you donate appreciated stock, you can avoid capital gains tax. In addition, if you’ve owned the stock for more than one year, you may be able to take a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the stock if you itemize deductions. MULTI-YEAR GIFTS A pledge can be made for a multi-year period; for example, a multi-year pledge could be $10,000/year for five years (total of $50,000). Please contact our Chief Development Officer, Melissa Elsmo, to discuss your multi-year gift. melissa@imagine-foundation.org
EMPLOYER MATCHING Many corporations encourage their employees' community interests by matching some or all (usually up to a maximum amount) of employees' charitable gifts. Matching gifts from employers are an excellent way for you to leverage your gift to Imagine Foundation and receive credit for that matching gift in your gift record. We strongly encourage you to see if your employer has a matching gift program, and if so, to take advantage of it to increase your gift to Imagine Foundation! DONOR ADVISED FUND Did you know you can make one-time or recurring grants to the Imagine Foundation from your donor-advised fund? A donor-advised fund (DAF) allows philanthropically inclined individuals to make an irrevocable charitable gift to a public charity that sponsors a DAF program and take an immediate tax deduction for the contribution. The account holder specifies how the funds are invested in the DAF and recommends grants to nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations.
